As such, we want to be transparent with our customers: we cannot guarantee a specific grade or designation for ungraded coins due to the distinct methodologies employed by various grading services.  The process of assigning a grade to a coin involves subjective assessment considering a variety of different factors. Different grading companies (and individual graders) may interpret these criteria differently, leading to variations in assigned grades. Additionally, the absence of a third-party certification means that the condition of an ungraded coin can be influenced by factors like handling, storage, and environmental conditions.

While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality representative images for our ungraded coins, we cannot guarantee, warranty, predict any individual grade or assessment, be responsible for, or compensate for a variance between a third party grading services opinion and CoinsTV’s description.  We maintain that the any coin sold and shipped by CoinsTV meets our grading standards for the exact description on the coin.  Please consider that the value of a coin also extends beyond its grade—it encompasses historical significance, rarity, and personal appreciation.
